I gave this to a friend for her birthday. She loved it. The painting of the hummingbird is so beautiful. It looks even better than the picture on the internet.
Because of NOVICA's operations in Guatemala, and my love especially lesser-known birds, I have quite a few pieces representing quetzals. However, most artists depict quetzals as very dignified. This one stands out to me though because Ms. Briz's style makes it so adorable!
This is such a beautiful set of cards. I am keeping one of the cards to frame. The rest are going to a friend of mine who loves birds. I was going to give them to her for her birthday, but she will get them now so she can enjoy them sooner.
