The more layers of fabric a mask includes, the stronger a filter it will provide.

While an artisan may use a sewing machine in addition to hand stitching, each mask is crafted individually, with love and attention to detail. Skin sensitivity is an important concern for face mask wearers. For this reason, artisans specializing in handmade face masks use quality, breathable fabrics when constructing their cloth masks. Well made masks and nicely packaged

I bought these masks because they were very reasonably priced and I liked the plain blue color and design. They were back ordered but I was in no rush. They are of highly quality and very nicely stitched. I am impressed and was also impressed with the cloth batik bag they arrived in and warm greeting card of appreciation. I was in Bali in May 2019 and know they have talented artisans. I would buy these products again.

Good fabric and design

We bought these in two versions- with the ties and with the ear-loop elastic. For ease of use we prefer the ear-loop elastic ones. But both versions do very well in washing machine and dryer, and hold their pleats very well over multiple washings (more tha. One year at this point). Soft cotton is comfortable against your face. Highly recommend.
