These elephants and their tapestries are beautifully painted!
I recall my friend from India gave me an elephant decor when I moved away. I certainly can imagine these ornaments as symbolic of carrying one of the "wise men" that Christians celebrate at Epiphany (January 6).
These don't look particularly artisan-made, but they are just pretty and festive. I find them to be a good size, not too small but also not so big that they distract from other ornaments.
Love these giraffes. Each one is unique. In addition to hanging, they stand well. They are colorful and have the sweetest faces. So pleased with this purchase.
