Mesmerizing!

This exquisite piece is such a unique one of a kind piece of jewelry, i just love it. As with all the other pieces I've gotten with blue topaz at Novica, the stone color is really light but still a beauty. A mermaid should really have a vibrant color stone in it, even if it's just a crystal or simulated stone.
