I was bowled over when these cushion covers arrived. The workmanship is truly impeccable! The colors are absolutely brilliant and the variety of stitching to add depth and texture is amazing and just doesn't show in photos. I was somewhat on the fence about how cartoonish the birds looked in the picture, but I love birds and I love purple, so I figured it was worth getting. Up close, you can see just how detailed and perfect the stitchwork is. It also becomes clear that she is depicting these birds in naturalistic poses that I recognize from my own birds. Ms. Perez is clearly both a great seamstress and a great observer of nature, and she also has a good color sense. I also really like the composition on this piece.

We are huge birdies, and when I saw this pillowcase, I had to have it, and I am so glad I did order it. It is so colorful and makes me smile. It is so well made, not a piece of flimsy material at all, nice and elegant. I lve it.....so beautiful.
