Forever close to my heart
This is a very beautiful piece of jewelry! Since finding out that a majority of my DNA comes from Ghana and Nigeria I wanted to support the artist there. I also wanted a piece of a place I’ve never been to in an effort to feel connected to my roots while also remembering the meaning behind the Sankofa. I absolutely love this finely crafted piece of jewelry and i wear it close to my heart.

I LOVE it!
At first glance I knew this was going to be mine. I’d been looking for obsidian and couldn’t find my perfect piece. Until now. What makes it even better is that it spins within this silver bale, and I find that touching the silky smooth blackness and the silver is very calming. Thank you for creating this beautiful, well crafted piece of jewelry. They’ll fight over this one!
