I purchased this box as a sweet gift for my 18-year old for Valentines Day. It arrived in plenty of time, and was incredibly beautiful. I was a little apprehensive just because of the medium used, but since I have had such lovely experiences with Novica in the past, I went ahead and purchased it. I had no idea that papier mache could come out so beautifully. The quality of the workmanship was beyond what I was hoping for. It was absolutely meticulously made and packaged beautifully as well. Amazing, the talent and patience to make such an intricate and beatiful thing. Bigger than expected, and has hinged lid. I am going to buy other boxes from this collection. I have a suggestion for the artist (and any of the artists selling here): if there is sufficient space and doesn't affect your art, carve or write your name, initials, or a symbol, into your finished work. You should be recognized for your talent and exfraordinary skill.
