A cherished heirloom!

Special thanks to Asunta Pelaez for creating this masterpiece! It arrived today and it is so much more beautiful than I anticipated. Wow. It took my breath away. I was so excited that I gave it to my mom right away! It was supposed to be a birthday present for March. No way I could keep it hidden for so long! This is a truly beautiful piece of art work. These Coasters are gorgeous!

At first, when I looked at the pattern on these coasters, it seemed sort of old fashioned, but the more I looked, the more beautiful the coasters became. I now own three items in this "Golden Colonial Elegance" or "Colonial Gold" pattern: these coasters, a box, and a tray. I am in love with all of them. Ms. Polo's work is just so beautifully made and done, these things are really gorgeous is all I can say, and I thank her for the beauty she has given me.
