A mysterious glyph is handcrafted into recycled papier mache and painted with stony hues. This eco-friendly pendant necklace from Thailand is designed by Somyot Sawasdee. Petite coconut shell beads accentuate this unisex accessory, adorning the neck on an adjustable length of cord with a mango wood bead.

I really like it but I wish the center was a shade different color than the rest for it to stand out. It was very well packaged.

This sculpture is lovely and looks exactly as shown. However, the seahorses nose broke off the first time I picked it up. I was able to glue it back together, but its very fragile.

This arrived in record time and is absolutely gorgeous! The picture does it no justice. Thank you Somyot, you are truly gifted and I love the idea of you recycling instead of contributing to pollution.

Job Creator
Somyot is a dedicated artisan concerned with the environment. He often offers training sessions at his workshop to teach the special techniques needed to produce environmentally-friendly art from recycled materials. He uses these sessions to help cultivate a respect for the environment among younger artisans and encourages them to sell the products they create at the workshop training sessions. He also employs assistants to help with the crafting of his artwork. His older sister helps him with the accounting.
Eco-Friendly
This Product is awarded the Earth Friendly badge because it uses recycled or sustainable materials or techniques.
"I began to think seriously about my own design work. I started to design new items by using various types of waste or scrap wood, paper, glass, cans, and coconut shell."
