A chestnut steed prances proudly in this exquisite cedar wood sculpture. "This is the renowned Peruvian Paso Horse or Peruvian Walking Horse," Johnny Chamba says. The smooth-gaited breed was declared a Cultural Heritage of the Nation by Peru's Institute of Culture in 1992. Masterfully carving cedar wood, the artisan depicts the realistic horse with an ornate tooled leather saddle, bridle and breast collar.

“The second Chamba horse added to the collection”

This was the second horse purchased from Novica. One was given as a present last year and another this year. Any equine fan would enjoy these sculptures.
