“Stone Fell Out”

Not long after wearing this ring, the onyx stone fell out. Luckily it fell out when I was aware and was able to save the stone to fix later, but am disappointed that the setting wasnt tighter to prevent this from happening. The stone appears to only been hanging on with glue that had since dried up.
