Beautifully handcrafted, this wooden jewelry box is embellished with embossed aluminum. Khalid Ali notes that the box reflects the tradition of India: "Our designs are basically inspired by the Mughal style. But today we incorporate modern motifs into the ancient techniques." The embossed designs are complemented by natural aqeeq or agate stones, and an antique blue color is applied to highlight the details. The box has a velvet lining and features an iron clasp and hinges.
