Carved with sublime detail, this sculpture by the family of the late Putra Suteja features the great Bhoma on all sides of the sculpture. Bhoma is the son of the Goddess Prathiwi, who represents the Earth, and the son of the god, Vishnu. He is the protector of all Balinese villages and the acknowledged Lord of the Forest. Despite his frightening appearance, Bhoma is a good and friendly spirit, much loved by the devout Balinese. His image is frequently found over Balinese houses, Hindu temple gateways and on cremation towers in Bali. Its function is to ward off evil. This sculpture comes with a detachable albesia wood base.

“Adding joy to the holidays”

This beautiful creation will delight my twenty-year-old grandson when he opens it Christmas morning. I put a small tea light inside that highlights the intricate carving in this treasure. My grandson appreciates beautiful, creative artwork, and will delight in this addition to his growing collection. I cant thank you enough, dear Putra. Thank you.

“The Perfect Gift !!”

“Flying Dragon”

I had ordered this as a gift for my mother to add to her collection, and it would be a unique piece . I liked the photos online and was certain she would enjoy it when it arrived. WOW! It looked even better in person. The details were amazing! It is now the center of her collection. Absolutely beautiful.
