Achara is not only a talented jewelry artisan but is also a kind, dedicated entrepreneur. Her workshop has several full-time workers, and she provides work for a number of part-time silversmiths. Her part time collaborators are hill tribe artisans who struggle to survive. To ensure that these artisans have enough income to live on; Achara continually orders their silverwork and pays for it in advance.
