“Replacement pair is perfect”

The original pair of these earrings were scratched up and one bead fell off the post immediately. Contacted Novica and they immediately ordered a replacement pair, at no charge, plus provided a free return shipping voucher for the damaged ones. Couldnt be more pleased!
