For the Ashanti people of Ghana, actions do in fact speak louder than words. They suggest presenting this bright mask to the person one is interested in, as a first and loving gesture. The mask is known as Odobra, which means "loved one" or "come love." Robert Nortey carves the admirable mask by hand from sese wood and decorates it with embossed brass plates.

I have many beautiful masks that I have ordered through Novica and love them, and this mask, ?To Foresee? is no exception! While it it one of my less embellished and detailed masks, it still makes a big impression. Heavy, substantial, and the beautiful reddish color really makes an impact! So happy to have it as part of my collection!
