A baby dragon is born. Struggling out of its shell, the mythical creature is carved in the style of the late Ketut Taram, whose wife Ketut Seji continues his carving legacy. The recurrent theme of dragon in Balinese art underscores the legendary animal's divinity in their culture.

Great piece of art. The carving, woodwork and the idea is well thought out. I love woodwork and this is worth the purchase.

This is a cute and detailed piece. My husband loved it! He has several different dragon pieces and this complements those. The color and finish of this is also special. Not too big in size that it can be displayed just about anywhere.

The hatchling is much larger and substantial than I expected. The carving is superb.
