Experience the beauty of spring every day with Anak Agung Ary's charming garden-themed jewelry box. The Balinese artisan hand carves the sunflower-shaped box from suar wood, embellishing the lid with butterfly and ladybug carvings, then painting the surface in bright colors. Inside, a soft polyester velvet lining cushions your rings, necklaces, and bracelets.

The interlocking pieces of this puzzle/jewelry box are a little looser than I expected, but that does not detract from the wonderful look and design. Excellent paintwork, nicely carved. This was a gift for my granddaughter, who very much likes sunflowers. My daughter and granddaughter are fighting over who gets to keep it now, because my daughter loves the butterfly on the box!

Any art creation that features owls is sure to grab my attention, and Mr. Arys jewelry box is no exception. The poignancy expressed on the owls faces is remarkable. I returned to the website several times to view the box and felt the same attraction each time. I knew my daughter would treasure this and add it to her owl collection. All the art work is beautifully drawn, with the delicate lines flowing seamlessly from one smooth surface to another to cover the entire box. The artistry does not stop there. To access the contents of this box one must manipulate a clever lock carved into one end. Its the perfect little niche for your tiny treasure.

I am so fond of Mr. Anak s wood carvings of Balinese sculptures that I collect them now. My wife & I both really love his art works. We highly recommend Mr. Amal s art works!
