Woven by hand, beautiful textiles attest to the skill of Naga women, a tribal people from northeastern India and parts of Burma. The weavings are incorporated in this lovely bohemian black handbag from Chirada. Brown leather forms the straps and reinforces the bottom while red, white, purple, yellow and blue define the motifs. Inside, the bag is lined in brown faux suede fabric and features three inner pockets, one with a zipper.
Because each bag is a handmade work of art, the colours and motifs will vary slightly but the theme remains the same.

I was nervous to order at first, but this artist had great reviews, so I decided to take a chance. So glad I did, the bag is beautiful, the craftsmanship is outstanding, and the delivery was exact. I can tell this bag will last, which Im glad for since I love it. Thank you for making such a beautiful bag.

I love the bag, as a whole, but its a bit bigger than I expected, and I have a small problem with the leather straps not being softened/finished so they actually dig into my neck/shoulder where the bag hangs from. I own Intermission in Green by this artist and its fast becoming my favorite, and the strap is finished so that its smooth all the way around and end from end. All in all, A great piece that needs a little work on the straps.
