Beautiful Alpaca Scarf”

I got this scarf as a Christmas present for my son. It is beautiful, soft, and masculine. The length will allow him to wear it more than one way. I think he will get a lot of warmth from this scarf.

Andes in Autumn Scarf”

I received this scarf today in the mail. Delivery was timely with respect the distance it had to travel. The scarf is very nice. It is soft, but not too soft. The dark brown is very attractive and has a male look about it that can be dressed up or down. The scarf is well worth the price. I look for many years of use.

Nice! Good quality and value.”

Soft. Not bulky or heavy. Warm understated elegant scarf in good length. Beautiful charcoal grey. Nice thing about this simple design is you can dress it up or down. I gave to friend who is a classic casual dresser for his chilly evening walks. He loved it and said the quality is so good hed be wearing it for years.

Nice scarf, but not soft.”

I bought this to wear under the collar of my coat. To my dismay, though, I discovered that it was very scratchy when I wrapped it around my neck. Your experience may vary: its possible that Im allergic, but I had to send it back.

Preserving Traditions

Celinda uses traditional materials to create her contemporary clothing. Her designs are often based on Andean styles such as ponchos and ruanas, her garments are machine knit and finished by hand. From her early teens, Celinda was obsessed with textiles and began to learn tailoring, knitting, crochet, toy-making and appliquƩ. Many of these crafts were taught to her by her family. Today, she enjoys passing her skills on to the next generation. She encourages university students who are curious about the textile arts to visit her workshop and "practice."
