Inspired by the Dan people, a group who are primarily farmers of cash crops such as rice, cassava, sweet potato and maize, Ghanaian artisan Kwaku Ofosuhene Apenteng crafts this original and remarkable festival mask. The mask represents the end of the farming season and is used in celebratory fashion. Made from sese wood, the mask features ornately embossed aluminum plating on the cheeks, forehead and headdress.

“Vivacious Verdant recycled glass earringsA”

A pretty soft green. Love the twist and the fact the earrings are made out of recycled glass. Would like the hooks a bit longer.

“Beyond Expectations”

This was my first Novica purchase, so I was wary. But I was blown away by the quality of the piece and very happy with the size. Shipping was much faster than I anticipated based on the delivery window I was provided, and the item was well-packaged for protection of the artwork. The gift wrapping was beautiful, as well! “Great bracelet”

This is a fun and attractive bracelet that compliments any outfit. Great colors and it stays in place. I don?t have large wrists and it was a rather snug fit, plenty of room to get it on and not be tight, but not for someone with large wrists.
