“The Beauty of This Skirt is Huge (As Is the Waistline)”

Gorgeous color and beautiful style! My only concern is the massive size of the waist band. I ordered an L, but the elastic waist is easily XXL. Ill fix that problem, but I would have loved this completely, otherwise.
