Nisa's mastery of batik methods is magnificently evident in this unique cotton shawl. The artisan uses beeswax to create the detailed patterns on white cotton, which she dyes in hues of bottle green, russet, black and sky blue. Nisa stitches the hems of her shawls entirely by hand for a special touch.

Handmade cards are hard to find these days since everyone prefers to send text messages. Im still old fashioned and enjoy receiving letters and notes but when you receive a beautiful handmade card, it feels like a more personal touch! I have already used 2 out of the 4 and will need to order more. They are SO PRETTY!

Nisa does an amazing job with her art. NOVICA is my go-to for my most special greeting cards and Nisas are on the top of my list. I am hoping that she will be creating more new designs in the future as I have purchased and given pretty much everything that she has created for NOVICA so far.
