Such a beautiful piece of handcraft. The swing hammock is the new preferred hideaway of my son. The color is a wonderful "azul". Simply perfect and much loved. Thanks also for the lovely and handwritten postcard.

2nd time - great

The first hammock that arrived had a broken wooden rod. I sent 2 photos and the people at Novica acouldn't have been nicer. They immediately contacted me - sent a replacement, made arrangements to ship a new one and it arrived today. It was much better packed and the wood dowel is intact.Also pick up of the broken one was prompt and easy Now I can't wait for spring to unwrap, which I am not doing till then so I hope it is okay as well. As for Novicea their service couldn't be better - prompt and efficient. Just hope there are no problems with the hammock when I finally unwrap. Service gets 5 stars easily

We got the chair for my daughter's room. The colors are beautiful and true to the picture. She loves her chair. The yarn is soft but sturdy. The chair is well made and so comfortable.
