We purchased this as a wedding gift, and I opted for gift wrap because why not? They did not disappoint! I cannot wait to give this to my friends! My brother gave me this same carving as a gift, stating he got it from a world flea market in Oregon, and I looked everywhere to find it because of the meaning behind it. My "Hugging" statue is stunning, exactly as pictured. This is my 2nd wood piece from Novica and it truly is a work of art. This piece is taller than I thought but I am very happy with it. This is going to be a wedding gift and I truly cant wait to give it to the couple.
