Angel of Gratitude

I was so impressed by the carving of this wonderful piece. It goes so well with the other carving of the Virgin of Guadalupe by Jose Canil Ramos. It looks 100% better in person than in the photo.

A rustic, hand-carved and wonderfully colored figurine

I have four of these wonderful figurines from Juan and Carolina. I love them all. I like that they have been carved in a "rustic" manner, and then colored in such a wonderful way , with lots of flowers and many happy colors. I admit I think of them as cultural more than religious, but I enjoy them for the stories they tell and the beliefs they celebrate. I thank Juan and Carolina for how much I enjoy their figurines.

New addition to my home!

Juan and Carolina, thank you for my angel! He looks perfect on my chimney mantel with the rest of my other religious statues. Love the colors and the antique finish. Just beautiful!
