Este diseño dinámico es parte de la colección Handblown de Novica. El juego de seis vasos altos está elaborado con técnicas tradicionales de vidrio soplado, en las que los artesanos soplan a través de un tubo de metal mientras lo giran con una mano. Al mismo tiempo, dan forma al vidrio fundido en el otro extremo mientras logran de manera experta un efecto de remolino en aguamarina y blanco.

Debido a que cada pieza está hecha a mano, la forma y el tamaño pueden variar ligeramente y pueden aparecer pequeñas burbujas dentro del vaso. Esto ejemplifica la técnica del soplado a mano, haciendo de cada pieza un ejemplo único de artesanía en vidrio soplado.

“Beautiful,individual, but consistent set of glasses!”

Ordered a dozen of these striking glasses and was absolutely stunned when they arrived--extremely well packaged, compactly and with no fuss, each glass made me gasp as I brought it out into the light. Every one of the 12 glasses is beautiful in its own way, and as a set they are remarkable consistent in size, weight, etc. I like that they are thicker than molded glassware because this keeps drinks cooler and theyre arent so easy to tip over. I recently dropped one, it hit a metal basket and then fell to the floor--not a single chip or crack! Very durable as well as original and beautiful! I hope to have these for a long long time!
