Se le apareció por primera vez en 1531 a Juan Diego en el cerro Tepeyac en las afueras de la actual Ciudad de México y, como prueba, hizo que florecieran rosas en el lugar. Ana María González recrea el famoso retrato en un cofre de decoupage de estilo antiguo. Cuenta con un compartimento y tres cajones.
