Revoloteando sobre sus alas, un caprichoso colibrí busca el dulce néctar de las flores. Zeny y Reyna transforman pedazos encontrados de madera de copal en un delicioso alebrijes pintados de naranja, rojo, amarillo, verde, blanco y negro. Estas esculturas fantasiosas son un arte popular tradicional en Oaxaca, una vez basadas en veinte tótems, pero hoy representan todo tipo de animales. Toman su nombre de una palabra gitana Caló para "algo difícil, enredado, confuso o fantástico".

Incluye hilo para colgar.

Debido a que cada alebrije es una obra de arte popular creada individualmente, las formas pueden variar ligeramente. Las piezas pequeñas se separan para el envío para protegerlas de roturas.

“Beautiful and adjustable!”

I have seen a great many works of art, and your hummingbirds are some of the prettiest. They make me smile each time I see them, and draw constant compliments. I have the blue, green, purple and colorful ones and would love to see more: maybe bright yellow, light blue, lilac, gray, copper? And with beaks at different angles and of different lengths? I have moved the wings so some have big feathers in front, others in back or in the middle. They hang from my office ceiling, all at different heights. Please take care of the copal trees, and thank you for creating such beautiful things!

“Hummingbird Love”

We live in an area where we have Hummingbirds all year round. This little guy is hanging out in an unexpected place and often greeted with surprise followed by admiration. Hes beautiful.

“Love my new Zeny and Reyna hummingbird!”
