Celebrando al cóndor y su impresionante tamaño y fuerza, el yawar La fiesta de la sangre ("sangre" en quechua) se lleva a cabo en las regiones de Apurímac y Ayacucho en Perú. El cóndor representa al pueblo peruano, mientras que el toro representa a los españoles. Si el cóndor vuela, esto augura una buena cosecha, y los músicos acompañan el evento. Alejandro Chávez fabrica la caja de madera para albergar esta fiesta. retablo, o diorama y lo pinta con colores vivos. Las figuras están cuidadosamente modeladas a partir de yeso cerámico y pintadas a mano.
