A clear and starry night welcomes Baby Jesus in this beautiful set of greeting cards by Leonor Quispe. Mastering arpillería (appliqué) techniques, Quispe creates a three-dimensional composition that includes Mary and Joseph, as well as Gabriel Archangel. Accompanied by sheep, the endearing composition is set in a white stock paper card that can eventually be framed if desired, transforming the greeting card into a traditional picture of Peruvian charm. The five blank cards arrive in a cotton pouch. Envelopes are included.
