I got this dog for my son who wants a dog so strongly, but lives in a small apartment in New York City. This dog is alive! It seems to be offering his love and playfulness with his piece of corn every time we look at it, and its sturdy body shows his complete loyalty. It has become part of our family.

I have worked in animal rescue for many years, working with troubled dogs, mostly. The instant I saw the little Colima dog, I was reminded of a dear departed little rescued dog, a chubby little dwarf with many problems stemming from previous abuse, who eventually became the most cheerful, resilient little companion. This figure exactly captures his playful presence, from his sturdy little legs to his ample belly. He makes me smile every time I see him. Thanks, Sr. Colon. I will take very good care of him, I promise.

Ive ordered several of these Codex pieces from Angel Ceron Artisan and they are beautiful works of art. Tezcatlipoca is amazing and I am lucky to have gotten one before they sold out. I have several others including Tlaloc and Quetzalcoatl, etc. They are incredible and worth every penny. I can say that the packaging they come in is 100% secure and that I am always amazed at how professionally they are packaged and shipped. They come from Mexico and always come with a hand written note on a postcard from Palenque.
