“second time its faulty”

The first dispenser had a chip on the threaded top which caused the pump to not attach. I opted for an exchange of the item. It arrived after Christmas (on New Years Eve) and had a matt finish rather than shiny glaze. The pump did not attach to this one either.

“Nice touch!”

This item stands out in the bathroom as a delicate piece. Everyone notices it, and Ive gotten a lot of compliments on it. I would prefer the top to be made of metal instead of plastic.

“Pretty addition to vanity”

Talavera ceramics are my favorites, so I was delighted to find this dispenser. I planned to use it for my favorite lotion instead of the huge manufacturers container. Unfortunately I was unable to transfer the thick lotion into my beautiful dispenser and will need a different lotion that pours more easily. The dispenser opening is rather small but probably works well for liquid soap. The pump attachment does not fit the top well. It will not close to get a seal but continues to turn.Once I get the dispenser filled I will retest or try to contrive a fix. Rating currently is for the workmanship, quality, and lovely design of the dispenser.

“Stunningly beautiful colors and final product”

The actual product was true to the description. As usual, it was packed perfectly and arrived without a chip. Will use it soon at Thanksgiving dinner.

“Lovely and practical!”

I love these soap dishes. This is my second - I loved the first one so much that I bought a second for my guest bathroom. My soap doesn t sit in water and lasts longer.
