Nació de una concubina de Ki Ageng Mangir II, un rebelde, que nunca aceptaría a un dragón como hijo a menos que la criatura pudiera envolver todo su cuerpo alrededor del monte Merapi. Para lograr esto, Baru Klinthing tuvo que usar su lengua para llegar a su cola. El padre enojado cortó la lengua del dragón, que se convirtió en una poderosa lanza y fuente de poder.

Very gorgeous piece! Very detailed and excellent craftsmanship. He sits with the other buddha wood sculptures by Seji Taram in my bedroom where I can sit and meditate surrounded by such serenity and beauty. Love it!
