Really underestimated”

This ring is so much nicer than anticipated. The contrast between the polished hammered finish & the smooth darker & polished circles is very striking. It is an eyecatching statement piece. Unlike anything I ve seen before.

Job Creator

Achara is not only a talented jewelry artisan but is also a kind, dedicated entrepreneur. Her workshop has several full-time workers, and she provides work for a number of part-time silversmiths. Her part time collaborators are hill tribe artisans who struggle to survive. To ensure that these artisans have enough income to live on; Achara continually orders their silverwork and pays for it in advance. She does this even though she may have no orders for their work at the time. She is able to do this because of her Novica customers who provide a stable, steady income for her workshop.

Preserving Traditions

Preserving Traditions

Achara's workshop uses traditional silversmithing techniques to produce centuries-old designs as well as contemporary pieces inspired by Thai culture. Many artisans have been trained in her workshop. They learn not only traditional jewelry making but also how to apply modern quality control standards.

Enabling Education
