Las tradiciones musicales de África Occidental inspiran a Salihu Ibrahim en el colorido diseño de este djembé tambor. Su nombre proviene del idioma maliense y significa "reunirse". Este es uno de los pocos tipos de tambores que se tocan en las diferentes comunidades de África occidental, que tienden a restringir el uso de instrumentos musicales a su propio grupo. Ibrahim talla la forma de copa del djembé en madera de tweneboa y la detalla con un elefante caminando por la sabana. Cuenta con un parche de piel de cabra que se toca con las manos.
