"La obra tiene un significado importante en diferentes culturas. Los símbolos se basan en íconos internacionales y otros signos, como palabras hebreas y árabes para la paz. Las manos pintadas de blanco son un gesto de paz y rechazo a la violencia. En esta pintura, todos estos elementos son un consuelo para los marginados, entristecidos por la guerra, el hambre y el sexo", reflexiona Jorge.
