'Mahabharata', gold accent pendant necklace is as pictured on a chain that shows off the pendant to good affect. The pendant has a lot of shine even though the silve decoration around the 18K plated center is in slight darker contrast to the rest of the pendant. The pendant is on a 17.75" chain which is a good length to show off the pendant. I tried it on a 16" chain and it did not look good. Can wear the pendant with small - medimum earring that are sterling silver with a high shine and do not have the same decorative work as the pendant. Refine, pretty. Light weight, but not flimzy. Happy with purchase.
