I am proud and very grateful to have two of Pedro's pieces for our new kitchenware after losing everything in a CA fire last year. I lived in Spain and in Mexico as a student and have always appreciated the artistry of Talavera-style pottery. The design is intricate, the colors true and gorgeous; the pieces are elegant as weight belies the sturdiness of the pottery. Everything was expertly packed. I love these plates!

I am in love. I have been looking at and collecting Talavera -- most "vintage." These plates however are new. The colors are more brilliant and deep; the plates are solid and smooth; and though I did not think I would say this I love them more. I kissed the plate this morning just because it is so beautiful! These 12 inch dinner plates are large and would make wonderful serving plates also. I have the bowls too and love them also!
