I personally love carnelian since I first saw it in the wall panels inside the Taj Mahal. It's such a beautiful but someone mysterious stone and I love the fact that it glows when light is shined through it. My teacher, Joan, is a very elegant lady with still black hair and one striking streak of white at the front. I knew these would look fabulous on her. AND THEY DO!

She does the most beautiful things with beads. I love every single piece I have received from her. They all are truly beautiful. Her pretty bracelets fit perfectly. Her necklaces are gorgeous. The jacket arrived tightly wrapped but the wrinkles disappeared with a good steam ironing. The style, and especially, the color go well with denim jeans or a black evening dress. Rolling up the sleeves a bit to accommodate my short arms shows off the pretty lining. The design is a show stopper with subtlety and surprises. The the sun stitched on the back, the coconut shell buttons, the stand up or lay back collar and the perfect length make this my go-to extra layer. The weight of the fabric plus the lining add warmth for spring and fall days. I have never appreciated a garment this much. I get compliments every time I wear this jacket and queries about the source. Then I rave about Novica clothing. I highly recommend purchase before they run out of this perfect jacket.
