A most famous Moche stirrup vessel at the Larco Herrera museum in Lima is now available to anyone since Walter Acosta applied his talents in making a replica. Correct clay and thickness, exact detail of artwork and paint used. Special " aging " process is unheard of. I have seen many replicas since 1975 but this appears ancient original. Beautiful Museum-Quality Art

The Chimu Dog is my third piece of Mr. Acosta's work. We have the owl cat and another piece (square Cupisnique cat?). The detail is very fine and particularly love the earthy finish. Never been to Peru but have been reading up on these older cultures through the influence of seeing your work. We were glad to find your loan on Kiva to be able to support your workshop. Phenomenal!
