My daughter has sort of a thing about sculls. This one is so joyous. It has beautiful symbols, flora and fauna. The colors glow. I have to wait awhile for her birthday, but I wanted to be sure to get it. What a delightful piece of art.
I loved the talavera bell. My husbands yoga class collects them and they used a different one in every class. It has a unique sound. And they have to identify it with eyes closed.
I'm a lover of all things with a loteria and/or Dia de los Muertos theme, and this was a perfect combination of the two. It looks like an antique shop find, but is solidly and sturdily made and will last for generations. I just love it.
