This turtle has been hanging outside my carport door for quite some time, welcoming me home. It is still in perfect condition, though a little dusty from my neglect. Still makes me happy.
I sent this to my cousin in Colombia; he lives alone but works for the " desplazados" because of the violence and war. Before the pandemic he would travel to the Magdalena river and would take the most amazing pictures. I hope this inspires him and gives him validation for the what he does.
