I will enjoy wearing this (it's very well made). Just note that this is a rather large pendant (I will probably use one of my thicker chains or an omega chain) and that the stone is slightly paler than in the photo (not a problem for me, but it might be for someone expecting to match it to a darker pair of earrings) .

The stones are so beautifully framed by the silver setting. I feel the need to find some amethyst and silver earrings to go with it, now. Also, it arrived more quickly than I imagined. I was very drawn to the design of this ring as I thought the leafy band was so intricate, unique & pretty. It is all that! Amethysts are a favorite gemstone of mine but I’ve encountered far too many pale & disappointing ones. I had low expectations of this one since it looks fairly pale in the photos. However, in person, I was totally blown away by the intensity of this stone. It is an amazing deep purple color & just perfect in every way!! I love the round cut, too. To say it far exceeded my expectations would be putting it mildly. I couldn’t be more pleased.
