At 60+ years old, I've owned my fair share of cowboy hats...Stetson, Akubra, etc. This hat by Gabriela is the best by far! The picture on the website doesn't do justice to the actual hat. It is much more rich, beautiful, smooth, stylish and sturdy than you could ever reasonably expect. Gabriela's craftmanship and professional skills are off the charts. This hat in a major retailer would sell for at least 2x the price, if not much more. If you are reading this post, stop...just measure your head and place your order now! You won't regret it. i am particular about hats and wear them well. i find many berets to be skimpy...too tight and bereft of the flow a proper amount of fabric gives. and this fabric is so airy and light...not a heavy insulating hat. but the alpaca is so fine that it weaves a wispy warmth about your locks... delicate and so soft! the nature motif is evident and so pleasing. i get a lot of compliments when i don this truly azure topper!
