When I saw this on Novica’s Facebook page, I fell in love. My mom is an avid hummingbird lover. She recently had back surgery and her favorite spot to rest is her “Carolina Room”. All windows so she can watch her hummingbirds all day. This was delivered within a week of ordering and was beautifully gift wrapped. There are not too many garments available to an 83 year old woman that would truly lift her spirits. The robe speaks to me of traditional Japanese design as do the colors. I see that there was a great deal of thought expressed in the placement of the design in the cloth so that it would be shown to the best advantage in the style of the robe. The fabric is a perfect choice, rather than cotton for this elegant robe! I am grateful that Novica is nurturing these wonderful artists because such uniqueness is not to be found elsewhere!

I love this scarf! The colors are vibrant and the attention to every detail is evident, even down to the little knots on the fringe. The silk is light weight but still gives warmth on a cool evening. It is wide enough to be worn as a shawl but not too bulky when folded for a scarf. Thank you, Yuni!
