“Worst earrings I have ever bought from Novica”

The first time I bought these earrings and one of the wires broke I contacted Novica. I wanted to replace the one earring that broke. I was told that was not possible. I bought as second pair because I really like the earrings. Now a wire on the second pair broke. I am really disappointed. For the price, this should not have happened twice.
