Captivating and awe-inspiring are terms that apply to this African wood mask hand-crafted by Victor Dushie in Ghana. The artisan carves the mask by hand from sese wood, dries it for two weeks, sands it and finally paints it. For a shiny finish he applies accents in both brass and aluminium plate.
