From the Lombok Pottery Center on the Indonesian island of Lombok comes this unique terracotta ceramic snack platter shaped like an upside down cap. "Member potters are women who work from home because they want their children to get a better education for a better life," states the Center. Using methods that have been passed down from their ancestors, these artisans shape the platter by hand and fire it in a kiln. Its beautiful black shade is due in part to the high-quality terracotta available in Lombok.

This lovely and unusual vase became the final addition to our newly remodeled bathroom. The colors are raspberry, terra-cotta, and yellow. Ive filled the vase with a simple, dried collection wit matching accents. Its a truly one-of-a-kind show stopper!
