This elegant decorative box is from Fida Hussain, son of a papier mache artisan. He hopes to preserve that artistic legacy through her own work. The box is crafted from weeping willow wood and papier mache and then carefully painted by hand with a chinar leaf motif in a pretty palette of blue and gold. A velvet lining cushions small treasures.

“Beautiful to give and receive”

These bird ornaments are absolutely exquisitely crafted and painted. I loved them so much that I bought a 2nd set for myself. I sent a set to my sister-in-law who was absolutely delighted to add them to her tree.
